Monique Bourgarel, visual artist lives and works in Marseille.
Her inspiration comes from the plant world and tries to bring another perspective on the landscape. Give free rein to observation, sketches, photography, and soak up the emotion felt, retaining only the poetry of these visions. The choice to work in series, on large formats allows a certain letting go, to let the gesture be made, as the use of monotypes, mixed techniques, collage, graphics translates a resolutely abstract pictorial approach.
